Jack Edward Fair, 50, of DeLand, FL passed away Saturday, March 21, 2009 at his residence. Jack was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 1, 1959. He was a lifelong resident of West Volusia County and graduated from DeLand High School in 1977. Jack served on an aircraft carrier, U.S.S. Forrestall for the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his parents
